Responsible for the oversight and strategic brand management of the women’s, men’s and kid’s branded division which includes the Tommy Hilfiger, Calvin Klein, Lacoste, Ted Baker, Kenneth Cole, Splendid, Nearly Nude, and Karen Neuburger brands. Previously, she was the EVP of Sales for Russell Newman and the former President of Bendon North America, where she spearheaded the US operations for Bendon, New Zealand’s leading lingerie manufacturer and retailer. She was responsible for the successful US launch of Bendon’s global brands including the Elle Macpherson Intimates and Stella McCartney brands. Prior to her role at Bendon, she held various senior leadership positions at Polo Ralph Lauren and Carole Hochman Design Group. A graduate of The Fashion Institute of Technology, Victoria has over 25 years’ experience in the apparel industry with the last 15 years focused in the intimate apparel category. Victoria serves on the advisory board of the Wharton School’s Baker Retailing Center. She is also a board member of the Underfashion Club, a non-profit organization focused on the development of new intimate apparel talent through dedicated scholarships, internships, and mentorship programs.
