Nominated as Chairman of the Board in August 2009. Has served as a director since 2005.  He is the Chairman and CEO of General Management and Business Strategy Consultant (GMBS) Ltd. and acts as a consultant to leading Israeli Industrial companies.  Mr. Chitayat served on the Board of Directors at Bank Hapoalim Ltd., Gilat Satellite Communications Ltd., Ofer Properties Ltd., Bank Hapoalim Holding USA, Mishcan Mortgage Bank, Diur Ltd.Currently Dr chitayat serves on the board of ., Makhteshim Agan, Paz Oil Industries Ltd., Honigman and the Tel Aviv Museum .Dr Chitayat is a guest lecturer at the Recanati Business School at the Tel Aviv University. Mr. Chitayat holds a PhD in Business Administration from the Wharton School in Business & Applied Economics.

CEO and Main Share Holder since July 2007. During the period of September 2008 until August 2009 as the Chairman of the Company on top of his role as CEO.  Mr. Dabah has served as a Director of Delta Galil and as Vice-Chairman of Delta Galil’s Board of Directors since November 2005. He has been the Executive Director of GMM Capital LLC, since it was formed in January 2005. From 2003 to 2004, Mr. Dabah was CEO of the Denim Division of Jones Apparel Group, which included brands such as Gloria Vanderbilt, Polo Jeans and L.E.I. From 2002 to 2003, Mr. Dabah was CEO of Gloria Vanderbilt, a division of Jones Apparel Group. From 1993 to 2002, Mr. Dabah was CEO of Gloria Vanderbilt Apparel Corp.

Has served as a Director of Delta Galil since 2006. He is currently an entrepreneur. Previously (1994-2004) served as the Chief Executive Officer of Litam Garments Ltd., an Israeli apparel manufacturer.  From 1998 to 2005 Mr. Baum served on the Board of Directors of Macpell Industries Ltd., an Israeli Apparel Company listed on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange. From 2000-2003 served as a Board Member in Tefron, an Israeli Apparel Company traded in Nasdaq. Mr. Baum holds a B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering and Management from Temple University in Philadelphia.

Serves as a member of the Board of Directors since October 2009. Also a member of the Audit Committee.

Mr. Ben Zeev is currently the CEO of Avraham Livnat Ltd, a Holding Company with numerous activities. Previously was the President and CEO of Dead Sea Works Ltd. (1997 - 2000), President and CEO of Clearon Corporation (1995 - 1997) and Vice President Development of Bromine Compounds Ltd. (1994 - 1995).

Holds an MBA from NY University specializing in Finance and Marketing and a BA in Economics and Statistics from the Hebrew University.

Serves as a director at Delta since 2009. Founder and Managing Director of T.C Exports Ltd, the exclusive buying agent for the Home Depot in the U.S.A and OBI, the leading DIY chain in Germany. Mrs. Carmon is an active partner in several Israeli industrial entrepreneurial projects and serves as a director in several Israeli public and private companies. Mrs. Carmon is the recipient of several distinguished Israeli awards for outstanding exporter. She is active in various philanthropic endeavors.

Mrs. Carmon holds an MBA in Marketing and International business from UCLA University in Los Angeles, California.

 

Mr. Lautman holds a B.Sc. in Computer Science and Mathematics from Tel Aviv University and an M.B.A. from New York University.
Mr. Lautman is the General Manager of 2gether Capital Ltd, a consultancy and private investment company. Mr. Lautman also serves as Chairman of the Board of Directors of Browzwear Ltd. and as a Director of Delta Galil Industries Ltd., Meytav Technological Incubator, Cedar Design Group and several Meytav companies.
From 2002 to 2006 Mr. Lautman served as Director for New Ventures and Strategic Business Planning at Teva Pharmaceutical Industries Ltd. (NASDAQ: TEVA).
